Hi all!

2 weeks ago i accidentially dropped my HD2 and the protection glass broke. So i disassembled it, to check if the digitizer was soldered. During this process i ripped off the volume buttons...
So I ordered a ready-assembled screen+glass+digitizer and a new main flex cable.
I successfully repaired it!

BUT: the speaker volume is very low and the vibration is very weak.

What can I do about this? I really need help, I miss calls all the time now.

Some additional details:
- tytung KK ROM 4.5 (system@nand, data@ext)
- old digitizer was soldered, the new one came with a connector
- the notification LED was orange, on the new flex cable it's red
