Im trying to install trebuchet on slimbean.
A jb rom for hd2.
It wont install stating its an invalid apk.
I want to replace the nova laucher with a lightweight laucher, memory wise.
I never use animation or anything so...

I am pretty sure you need to push the apk to /system/app folder (or use a rooted file manager), then reboot. Backup first though, just in case.
where did you get trebuchet from? is it compatible with JB?

It worked.
I had tried xinstaller but that didnt work.
opening the .apk from root explorer did.
Meanwhile i had tried arikui apploader instead.
It mimics a windows phone/metro look.
I shut the feature down as well as anything I dont need and its actually smaller when compare to trebuchet.
Now I only had to figure out why viper4android doesnt work...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Nova smaller and better optimized than Trebuchet? I always replace Trebuchet by either Nova or Apex
