Yes. But you can find almost everything at 4pda.info. Maybe you need to know a little bit Russian just to register. I still prefer using windows mobile on some occasions due to that fact that there are still some great apps only available for windows mobile. Like ArcGIS Mobile for example or Pocket Fritz (the best chess game for a mobile device).
