Sup!

I've already posted this on xda forums, but no response so far

The problem is, that after i install ROMs via NAND+ext i cannot simply use it, because after rebooting it shows htc logo and then screen goes black.
I used only NAND roms before, because my sd card always failed to create an EXT partition on it.

But idk why, few days ago i noticed that while wiping, it didn't skip EXT partition like always, so i created one via TWRP and tried to install some roms on ext.
I've done several full-wipes etc, but always it succeeds with installation, and then it goes black screen on rebooting.
What can be the problem? I thought it might be boot.img-related, but same thing occurs in 2nd rom i try to install.
I don't want to go back to old NAND rom, so if you guys could help me out, i would be really happy.
I spent several hours looking for a solution, but no positive results..

Also, i had a problem in trying to reanimate my phone via Fastboot/ADB; simply because i don't know how to proceed from bootloader to fastboot to get my phone connected with pc commands...

I tried to flash tytung's 4.2 kitkat rom and one 4.3 from xda site.

What is the size of your system partition?

Okay, some time passed after my first post.

Now im running on cLk with 4EXT recovery.
2Gb ext4 partition,
System is 360 i think.
I successfully installed SlimRom on it, but my setup wizard started kept crashing because i forgot to flash newest gapps after rom :/
Soo i wiped /system, flashed gapps and rebooted rom, now it keeps hanging on htc logo for 8 minutes or so...

edit,

i got it working, but i face another problem now...
when i got to settings > apps , my Internal Storage appears as full grey bar with no info. And additionally i can't download anything from Google Play, because of insufficient storage.
How to fix it?! Thanks!

Little update of my problem:

I face 2 problems now.

First, as mentioned before: No Internal Storage (=cannot download apps from Market)

Second, Every time i reboot my device, i am greeted with "Welcome..." setup wizard...
Tried copying busybox from /system/xbin to /system/bin, because i found such solution on interner; no results.

~~~Another update, but now quite positive.~~~

After reflashing Slimrom and tytung's one over n over, i tried to flash tytung's 4.2.2, well, it succeeded.
Now i have 1,2gb of internal free memory, and it all seem to work flawlessly.

No idea why previous 2 roms didnt work 100%'ly :/

I think i won't do anything now, i am happy to have 4.2.2 features now, after 1 years of being stuck with 4.1.2

This is getting boring...

15 miutes after i wrote this message, my phone started getting slower and slower, and then i couldnt even open messages. So i rebooted it, and as it rebooted, i started getting

I got really pissed off, so i wiped everything and partitioned my sd card, then reflashed 4.2.2 rom.
Profits? It's all cool, but it shows me no internal memory at all (bar is all grey, showing 0,00mb in settings>apps), although rom is smooth and no errors pops up.

Help me with this last one issue about having no internal memory

Try resizing your system partition to 400 MB. It might solve your problem.
