Dual Android boot

Hello.
My LEO512 have now installed the 3.1 version of this nice rom...But I wanna try the past versions too and I wanna make it with a double boot on my HTC. Now the rom is installed in NAND with DATAonEXT: it's possible to make a second rom installation without destry all datas? If yes (i'm a newbye) how to make it???
