Hello everyone,
I have a htc hd2 with the buttons not working .. (not the volume)
Should I find a way to install the TWRP and enter to install the rom .. is there a way?
I can not get into MAGLDR and select USbFlasher ..
Is there a way to get into flash mode of MAGLDR or entare in recovery?
Now I have a ECLIPSE 2.3.5.

It is gilbert32's excellent guide to flashing android on a phone with broken buttons.
It seems odd that you seem to have lost all your buttons except the volume ones, perhaps the ribbon cable for the bottom buttons has become detached. Usually the cable is gradually damaged by over-use of the right hand buttons.
