Have you considered making the partition bigger than 285 MB?? :ugeek:

Cheers!

It never ceases to amaze me how someone like the OP will go through all of the trouble of coming into the forum and creating an account, just to report or complain about a non-existent "bug" that is easily resolved if they had only taken a few moments to read through a few of the discussions. I mean jeez, it's like every 6th or 7th post is about someone with this exact kind of issue. Maybe Tytung should put up a thread with double or triple sized font that says, "Please make sure to create a large enough system partition or you will have problems!!!!" But then again, if they aren't scanning through the posts now, you could probably put up a half-page sized warning and it would still be ignored.
Current device: HTC Amaze 4G
Bootloader: HTC - Dev unlocked, S-on
Recovery: 4ext - smart flash enabled
ROM: CM-10 - Compiled and customized by me - thanks spostsstar89 - CM - Team Nightmare
Xposed framework - rovo89
GravityBox - C3C076

Previous device: HTC HD2 (TMOUS - LEO1024)
Final ROM: NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.1.3 v2.7 - Tytung
Had more lives than a cat, best handset I ever owned
Lesson: If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
RIP

Considering the age of most HD2 devices and the likelihood of bad blocks if I was to publish a ROM (which I clearly am not) I would *not* offer a NAND version at all. Cards are inexpensive & fast, bad blocks are not disappearing, apps are getting bigger.. We're not in Kansas any more! Just my 2 cents...

Sent from my Nexus 4

Cheers!

I don't have this issue. What is your installation method and system partition size?

I'm haveing two bugs...
1) battery consumption - phone discharges in not longer than 12 hours. I've refreshed the battery status few times but it changed nothing. Also I've turned off some services and autostart mode for few app's. If the phone lies on the table not touched, it probably would discharge after more than 12h (maybe it would be even 24h), but while being normally used (few calls, sms, e-mail and some web) it works for couple hours only. In batt stats most of the energy is being used for the screen, but it is now turned to manual 10-15%. If I get it darker, I wont see almost anything...
2) after installing any app and moving it to SD, the icon on the main screen disappears - ok, that's normal but... When I take back the icon from the drawer on main screen and reboot the phone, the icon disappears again. The problem is mostly with the app's on the SD but not only - I have the same problem with File Manager witch is compiled in to the ROM.

I've re-installed the v4.5 few times with different system partition size but it doesn't work. Right now I'm back on 285M and a minimal installation. So... any idea how to deal with the 1 bug (most annoying)?
