I encoutered the same issue. The thing that worked for me was switching the "Scanning always available" option off in the Wifisettings (Advanced Wifi).
So, try that ;) If that doesn't work, maybe also switch the "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" to "Always".

So do you plan to use 3.0 kernel this guy's using in the future? That would totally make me switch from your 4.2.2 ROM :D

There have been several discussions about this, read through the various JellyBean threads here or do a search and you'll find Tytung's opinion on the subject, as well as links to 3.x kernels others have developed which can be used instead of his on this ROM.

Android like Linux is all about choice. You can run any software in any configuration you desire on your device, however, when doing so the burden of responsibility for support shifts to you as well. Think about it.

Can you link me to the post? I can't find it. And I don't see the risk installing something that already works decently.

I have 2 problems in this rom. The first is no searching for new wi-fi networks and the second is not working google syntezer or Pico TTS, also I can't change notification sound to another than proxima (only this one is working).

I'm using V2.6 ROM (NativeSD) and have no problems with wi-fi, so I can't help you with this problem. I also have no clue regarding TTS, but I had a similar problem with the ringtones on V2.6. I took a look at the ringtone .ogg files and saw that all files had zero length. I opened the ROM zip-file and copied the ogg-files (/custom/Audio_Ringtones/) into the ringtones folder on the sd-card (ext4 partition, /NexusHD2-JellyBean/system/media/audio/ringtones/). This fixed the problem for me.

Did you select a full install or minimum? I ask this because if you chose a minimum install you only get the default notifications and ring-tones, and Google Now, and Pico TTS aren't installed. If you did a full install you'd have these features as well as a selection of multiple notifications and ring-tones, but this requires a larger system partition size than the minimum. Unfortunately, if you have a non-T-Mobile US device, you'll need to do either a data-on-ext or native SD install because the NAND is too small on non-US devices to accommodate a full install and still have room for apps.
