As per the rules on most of these development boards it really isn't proper to say what is better or more stable than another. I suggest, however, that if you're looking into updating to the most tested version of Jellybean that Tytung has developed, then look into the latest CM-10.1.3 V2.7, as this is a time proven ROM based upon a tried and tested branch of Cyanogenmod. The newer CM-10.2 branch is still in the development stage when compared to the older branch, but it's very far along and many are using it as a daily driver. Read the QA&T threads as well as the development threads on each and then you'll be able to make an educated decision for yourself.
I hope this helps
