I have a problem when I want to install android rom in my HTC HD2.
I summed up the problem in this video

Firstly check your hspl, it must hspl 2.08 not 3.xxx,if it correct but still problem then it must partition problem. Your partitions must 275 mb or higher, I use 280mb partition for tytung kit Kat rom.seem like your problem is rom is not install completly.. Another thing is always check mdsum when dwonloding rom..sometime some data is missing when download the rom..

I have hspl 2.08. And kitkat installed NativeSD
For New installation I use rom cheked mdsum
