Hi, I'm new here. I tried to install Kikat 4.4 into my HD2 via NativeSD but when I try to load it, its stuck at the 'cyanogen logo with the rotating circle' for about 40 minutes now. How long do I have to wait for it to load? Tq.

Installation is complete there will be set up to stop running hope you can improve the next, is also developing HTC leo HD2 to people pay tribute.

i "cleverly" (/foolishly) deleted setup apk before flashing to get over the force close issue. poof! no lockscreen, no home button, no quick settings! (cant check more) downloading 4.3. sigh!

I updated my HD2 V4.3 to V4.4 and it worked. But i has the same problem with the language wizard. I reinstalled 4.3, configurate the phone, synchronized my account and installed all apps. Then i went back to the install menu and flashed the 4.4 over 4.3 ... with wiped my dalvik cache.

Now its working flawless.

...I use NativeSD.

The volume buttons on my phone is broken and cant silent my phone when ringing
In Android 4.3, when the phone was ringing I could touch the ring and send phone from sound and vibrate to silently.is there any way to activate this feature in android 4.4

Read the posts people, Tytung already posted the solution:
Install KK v4.3 and set it up completely and then flash v4.4 without wipe so there's no need for setup wizard which is causing these crashes. It's a CM related issue, not Tytung's ROM.

So there's no need of wipe? If i want to update from 4.3 to 4.4 i just go and flash the rom?

when I do that, does it overwrite the present folders such as download, pictures, music, DCIM? Do I lose all the contents in those folders?
will I have to reinstall the programs installed on v 4.3?
