Go to System Settings / Apps and locate the account manager. Tap to open and clear cache. Do the same for Google Framework.
If the above does not help try wiping data for the same two apps (like above).

Already done, nothing changed. I tried pretty much everything, now i had a factory reset and i am waiting for the phone to boot, but i hardly believe it will make any difference :/
