Just curios: is there a way to have the power soft key on the lock screen in KK, too? In JB it showed up there but no longer in KK. It helped me to prevent the hard power key from being worn out to soon.
I'm using a lock screen secured with PIN (and I want continue to do so).

The underlying CyanogenMod code has changed and prevents the power button from working on the lock screen. Enable the double-tap to sleep option in Settings->Interface->Status Bar. That option seems to work on the lock screen.

I have a problem with installation.
I had 4.1.2. I want to install 4.4.2.
First I installed 4.3.0. I finnished the installation, setup my account, installed google services, installed nova launcher, etc.
After this I installed 4.4.2 and in Aroma instaler I selected No wipe (I tryied with Wipe Dalvik Cache too), but when I reboot it is asking me to select language. When I push next it written: "The Setup Wizard has stopped".
I did all this without a SIM card in it.

What am I doing wrong?
Thank you.

If someone can answer my question. Maybe I missed a step or something else.

If you want to do a fresh install, please flash v4.3 first, finish the setup wizard, and then reboot to flash v4.4 over v4.3.

I did this. I flashed 4.3 and then reboot in recovery and flash 4.4. At first boot the system put me to select the language and I have that error.

Did you install KitKat V4.3 and finish the setup wizard?

Already tried that ... doesn't seem to work on the status bar of a PIN-locked lock screen.

Don't setup anything at all. don't do anything at all
just flash v4.3 first, finish the setup wizard, and then reboot to flash v4.4 over v4.3.

I tryied this too. I wrote on this forum after I read all the posts and tryied six times.

I installed 4.3 > Your phone is ready to use. Then I rebooted and in recovery I flashed 4.4.2.
At first boot is asking me for setup the language, but > Your setup wizard has stopped.

You are right. The double-tap works with a slide lock screen but does not with a PIN lock screen. You might try the app ButtonRemapper. You can find it by doing a Google search for "android button remapper". The app is on XDA, and is a beta version 0.2.4. With it you can make any of the 4 hardware buttons or the volume keys put your phone to sleep.
