If I understand what you are asking, you are looking to append digits to the dialed phone number (i.e. to automatically respond to phone prompts, etc.), yes?

If that is the case, append a comma for each half-second you want to pause/wait (they are the same thing) before additional digits are sent.

So, 123-456-7890,,23 would add a one second pause/wait before entering 23.

If that wasn't what you intended, oh well... ;-)

If I recall correctly - and I have not used this in a long time - I think there is also a hard pause that can be used in addition to a timed wait (the comma). A hard pause is a pause that will wait for confirmation to send the rest of the digits when reached. It can be used when there is an undefined amount of time that can pass before sending the numbers would do anything. For example, if you are calling a company directory which can take anywhere from 1 to 10 seconds to pick up before you can enter an extension, you might want to use a Hard Pause.

To add a hard pause enter a "w" or a semicolon (I think they should both work).
