Hello!
I had a problem with 2.4, posted here, it still occures in 2.5.
Sometimes when i'm having an incoming call my screen doesnt turn on automatically, i have to press a hardware button to wake it up. (Not always, but 8/10 times at least)
Same thing with the alarm, sometimtes it works.. like today: the first time in the morning it doesnt turn the screen on, i put him to snooze, second time still not turning on, put him to snooze again, and the third time it turned the screen on automatically.

As i said in my first post, it was a clean install, (EUHD2) even repartitioned the NAND for 375 MB, wiped everything, formatted my sdcard + ext4 (16gb CL4), using magldr.
No programs installed during the screen test.

Anyone can help me out?
There was another post about this by another guy.. did you guys found the solution?

Set min freq to 422mhz. Should help:)

It's a bit trial and error. Some reports say 384mhz is enough, 422 is enough for most. But in general, bumping minimal frequency should solve BSOD on call screen and after night.

And i guess it will drain the battery faster?

There is a good topic about cpu frequencies, you can look there: cpu-frequencies-voltage-battery-life-t37.html

In first post of that topic, you can see that; 384mhz = 422mhz about voltage using. Maybe this info will help you.

It is swings and roundabouts for your particular device. You can do other things to preserve battery, but if you have BSODs and increasing minCPU works for you, slightly shorter battery life is the lesser of two evils.

But i had no BS in 4.1.2 or 4.0.4, it because on 4.1.2 and on 4.0.4 has higher min settings for cpu, or .. ?

What brand of SDCARD you have? What size of ext4 partition? Two main causes of BSOD are sdcard and too low frequencies.
