I'm using this version for days and it is working like a charm.
I only have one "issue".
As I don't have unlimited data plan, I use application to monitor my data consumption. With this version of the ROM, none of these application provide my data consumption(all counters keep to 0).
I tried different application such as traffic monitor, my data manager (all the applications are supporting Android 4.3).
I also tried to see network counters within Avast but Avast complains and tells my phone is not designed to support network counter.
All these applications were working perfectly with version 2.6 of the ROM.
Anyone having this problem or using an application that allows go monitor network traffic.

Maybe these app aren't 4.3 ready yet?

Well, something related to traffic was changed in Android 4.3, so we have a bug: WiFi and 3G/HSPDA traffic indicator arrows in the status bar are not working.
I tried to fix it by updating the kernel, and the traffic indicator arrows were indeed fixed.
But ...... the data usage goes crazy. It shows 0.98TB data used even if I only used 6.x MB.

Is it a bug for all 4.3 version of android or only for the CyanogenMod version ?

It should be a bug for the mismatch of the HD2 kernel and Android 4.3.
So I think it's for all Android 4.3 ROM on HD2.

I was able to fix the black screen after the call issue. First of all I must say it only happens to phones that has undergone repairs. So, what I did was took a piece of paper and slides that in between the body and the digitizer at the sensors position and moved in and out to clean up the dust that might have gone in and voila my phone is back to normal. No more screen lockup issues. What I understood was the proximity sensor was not giving the proper values back to the system to trigger the screen on after the call is ended and hence resulting in the screen lockups.
