No. If you use DataOnEXT, the remaining space is unused.

@tudau, Soren is correct. One only needs to worry about keeping their partition size small if doing a native nand install. With DataOnExt, all of the remaining space on the nand is wasted. So if one is doing DataOnExt they can make their system partition as large as they'd wish with no negative results. Plus, if your device is like most people's HD2 it now has many bad blocks on the nand. A larger partition gives more space to be written to without worrying about hitting one of the bad blocks which can cause problems with installation or upgrading later on.

Hi, this is my first post here. Thank you for all your good work.

I have 2 x HD2s, one running this rom on nativesd and one running NexusHD2-KitKat-CM11.0. on nativesd. Both are running fine with some minor glitches.

My install process was, partition sd card fat32>ext4. Rom and ext4 recovery on root of sd card. Flash rom to native sd. All goes well and rom runs fine.

In both cases, when I subsequently attempt to run the ext4 recovery from the root of my sd card through 10. services>>boot setting>ad sd dir, it does not show. There are other folders/files there but no ext4 Recovery.

After the initial install, it shows up ok but it seems that once the directory fills up with other files/folders, the ext4 recovery disappears.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Edit: Unknown to me, it only shows 9 files/folders on screen at a time . I scrolled down to file 9 then once more and, lo and behold, new screen with the rest of the files (Duh!).

Hope this helps some other dummies like me.

If you have already tried clearing the app's cache you might want to try clearing the app's data also. It may help.

Yes, I tried to delete the data and nothing happens except that we now writes Gallery stopped and so every time I read on many forums but did not find anything so if someone had a problem like this can help

Yes I installed ROM DataOnEXT again, clean install with no extras but still gallery stops working and the camera does not want to radi.Kamera we worked on ICS but JB seems not: (

What is the size of your system partition? If you use DataOnEXT, you can resize it to 400 MB.
