@tytung
Google adding sdcard support in kitkat answers my above question?
Because sdcard dont erase without power supplied and nand does?
If not please point me in the right way, you or any knowledged person.

Fresh installed new v3.3, no apps installed, wifi off, bt off, gps off, no data (no 3g), 2g service only checked. Very little use (1/2 little calls and 3/4 sms every day).
It drains like hell when 2g signal is low, too much to be normal, i think hd2 is searching for a better signal in a too little short time interval. I can't reach the evening with phone always off and 2 calls only.
What i can do, there is a solution?

I was thinking sd disk outcompetes the hd2 ram in performance and also a really cheap upgrade.

You need to establish what is causing the battery drain. Yes, 2G can consume more power than 3G but probably there is something else going on. If you installed all the Google Apps, for example, one may be keeping the device awake.
Try using this like Wakelock Detector and Better Battery Stats to get more information.

At least that was my impression when I was experimenting with different installation types. It always seemed to boot up faster with system on the nand.
