Could you tell me how to update to 4.4 in simple steps please?

I myself use 4extRecoverly a lot. I do not know how 4extRecovery interacts with Magldr and WM 7.8. I have the original stock boot loader and WM 6.5 in DRAM.

What I do is to simply start up windows, and then go the the folder 4extREcovery on the SD-card and start up Haret, which then loads 4extRecoverly. I do not know if this works with WM 7.8.
Device: HTC HD2 (LEO512) T8585
Radio: 2.15.50.14
Nand: Original factory WM 6.5
Recovery: 4EXTRecovery
Bootloader: Original factory boot loader (I use haret to boot NativeSD android roms)
NativeSD: NexusHD2-KitKat v4.3, NexusHD2-JellyBean v 3.3, NexusHD2-ISC v 3.0b, etc.
SD card: SanDisk 32Gb class 10 UHS1 or Transcend 32Gb class 10 no UHS
SD partitions: 21Gb vfat, 8Gb ext4, 500Mb swap

I myself flashed WM 7.5 and I'm currently using it. Although I've learned a lot since I started experimenting with these things, I'm still quite new to this. If somebody would make a quick video guide (which I highly doubt anybody has the time for) I would happily try to install 4.4 again.

There is a lot of guides to install android to HD2. You just need to use search. I doubt you have time for it ;)

Hi, Tytung!

Thanks for the firmware and the repair of lowsoundfix.

I have also the problem with the volume of calls.
When I activate Bluethoot, the volume during calls is very quiet.
But the volume is on maximum.
The fix doesn't help with bluethoot.
Has someone a workaround?

regards

Read this post: how-to-install-android-on-htc-hd2-leo-t52.html#p833.

Anyway, you might have a problem because you're using an UHS-I card.

Swiftkey keyboard problem in KitKat-CM11.0v 4.3 and 4.4

Postby asis » Sat Feb 22, 2014 9:57 pm

Tytung, thank you for a great ROM! Everything seems to run smooth but I do have a problem the "Swiftkey keyboard". The google keyboard works fine but not the Swiftkey, the keyboard is very big (only half of the keyboard is displayed).
With the JellyBean v3.3 ROM, I have no problem with the Swiftkey keyboard.
Does anyone have this problem?
Anyone know how to resolve this problem?
Please help!
Many thanks in advance!

When the keyboard is visible press the SwiftKey icon on the keyboard and select resize. Don't use Setup - do this from the keyboard itself (just bring it up in any app)

Hi, Tytung

Thanks for this ROM that is really nice.
However, I have a problem with the ROM.
I performed a fresh install applying the suggested method:
- install 4.3
- perform setup
- reboot
- install 4.4 without any wipe
After this, I have problem with root access, the camera doesn't recognise my SD card.. This seems to be the same behavior you fixed in 4.3 version.

I perform the same installation process but this time, once the setup is performed on 4.3, I check for root access problem and camera problem and all is fine. I then installed 4.4 and I then encounter the same problems as my previous try.
I performed dataonExt installation as I have european Leo.
Any ideas for possible causes.

Note: the zip files for installation are fine. I have checked the MD5sum
