Hi Everyone,

I have installed WP7 on NAND and wanted to install KK on NAND without flashing the recovery, so can i use the below steps?

1. Install aMAGLDR 1.3.
2. Create Partition using HD2 Toolkit.
3. Use 4EXT SD Recovery to flash the ROM.
4. Choose DataOnExt during the installation.

please suggest me if there is any step missing/need to modify.

Thanks

Both operating systems on NAND, never tried it. Though your steps are correct. Except Step 3 seems a bit confusing to me.
I've used 5MB cahe and 300MB layout partiton for Kit KAT and 1 GB for EXT partition. Am a light user and am happy.

Thank you for your input, I just want to keep one, both cannot be in the NAND.
Here I had also a confusion on Recovery, Is SD Recovery able to flash on NAND with DataOnExt?

Thank you so much for all your hard work! I almost had given up on my HTC HD2 until I found out you had a new ROM for us. I am amazed at how much better this ROM runs than all the previous ones. I have never commented before now....Thanks again! 5 smileys!! :D :D :D :D :D

You don't need to use 4EXT SD Recovery. If you use HD2 NAND Toolkit, you can use CWM.

Listen to this information. The toolkit is the best thing for reformatting your nand partition.

Thanks tytyng for your awesome rom. This version is very smooth.

I couldnot hear other side talk (just hear the sound like bee sound) & it freeze (must remove battery) sometimes. It happen 1-2 times a day.

Anyone got this issue?

Thanks for your help.

Hi ,

I want to post my issue again. I am hoping someone could answer.

The issue was, the mute button refuses to work for me when on call. When on call and press the mute button, I can still be heard by the other party. I am not new to this. I have 2 HD2s, one ROM installed via MAGLDR NAND with Data on Ext and the other installed via Haret on WM. The ROM is very smooth on both phones but can't use because of the mute issue on both. I use the phone on conference calls so I need the mute button to work. So I went back to my old reliable Dorimanx GB Rom for now.

Can someone test the mute button and report back? Not sure if my 2 phones are having issues or this is ROM related.

Thanks..
