With native i dont get errors but...pc connects to net but dont have internet, android 4.3 cant see net and android 4.2 cant get IP
With barnacle i get a error message like this: wifi file not found
With wired-tether i get, start with errors. if i open log, all are errors so it dont work at all (do i have to configure something for HD2 in wired-tether?)

With the rest of rom i dont have problems, great work!

The folder permission is wrong.

Change your profile in wired-tether to nexus One, it's should work for you. There 2 lines in options page of wired-tether, 1rd one is Generic for me, second is nexus One. After it you should restart allocation and try to start tethering.

Here is a short feedback about v4.2 :
- camcorder fixed, as mentionned
- LowSoundFixer crashes, for me on gsm outgoing call.
- SuperSU runs fine
- EasyBatterySaver doesn't always update battery percent in the notification window (but perhaps is it more an incompatibility between EasyBatterySaver and KK). And battery stats are not accessible from this app, although they are from android menu
- Battery consumption seems a little better than previous releases
- Antutu bench mark fail on GPU test
- Quadrant benchmark is always very bad on cpu test (almost two times less than JB 4.3), although my phone seems to run smoother than before.
- Wifi works fine
- When long pressing on the physical home button (I don't use sofkey buttons), it opens a window to choose app to launch. If I choose "Recherche Google", it fails. The app should probably be "Google" in the french release of the rom. Workaround : enabling userdefined actions on buttons and associating menu (windows) button with Google.
- no more way to customise sms vibration. Workaround : installing Good Vibrations and disabling vibrations in sms stock app
- Viber is always not working correctly for me, although skype or line are OK.
EDIT :
- some menus in settings (for example Buttons) are in english in the french version of the rom
