After I install this ROM on my HTC HD2, boot from nativeSD, my internal memory only has 60Mb free, 890Mb used. This make my phone very low and no space for install new app, it easy stop working when I using any app
Before I install this ROM, I using MIUI ROM 2.3.7, boot from NAND. Is it problem?
Please give me the way to solve my problem

You can use HD2 NAND Toolkit. I recommend that you set the system partition size and cache partition size to 400 MB and 5 MB respectively.

- now when booting system from NAND, there is no even the startup logo, just HW buttons react to pushing with backlight. Screen is black and with backlight on.

Today I tried another SD card with the same ominous result.

At first I thought the NAND became corrupted, but I do not have any logical explanation since the android does not work even with NativeSD. Windows works perfectly, so what could be wrong?
