Display in some apps doesn't work normally.
e.g. In an internet broswer app, the main display area in the screen is black.
But broswer in original sys is OK.

you have to deny HWUI for that apps
just edit :
in etc/init.d/99_youtube_browser_fix
and add the app you like to fix
it work good with me

and rename the folder of the rom to NexusHD2-KitKat
it worked so good

App works noramlly now by using your method.

I love this Build. it's much stable then new released from Tytung.
have no issues exept the stated one.

Could you reduce the Sys Partition for the next release
400MB it's too big for HD2 EU
it's would be great if you add softkey for next release
