Try downloading it from the baidu website that is there for china. The deposite and uploaded websites also work in India.
I am from India and download works for me on all sites.

Fresh install and wipe everything and install v.3.3, Native Wi-Fi Tethering still cannot share internet connection, when i use WiFi Tether works well..

in 4.3 persian language is good but in 4.1.2 & 4.2.2 Persian language is better ( left ) .
in 4.3 when change language every thing change to left .it is not nice.

It should be something wrong on your side.
I just used Native Wi-Fi Tethering to share my 3G data connection to my laptop yesterday.
So I can ensure Native Wi-Fi Tethering works well.

Hello tytung. Is this a mistake in any way affect the functionality of the phone, because I do not really understand it, you can successfully use your ROM 4.3 without any problems?

I updated from NexusHD2 4.2.2. The 4.3.0 works well except a minor issue. I mainly use HD2 for phone call, text and hotspot. The wifi hotspot works well and tends to act up from time to time, seemingly more so after a phone call. Disable it and re-enable the hotspot will resolve it. (My Samsung Note 8 doesn't support ad-hoc tethering.) One inconvenience not sure if related to the rom or that is the way it is is that when hotspot is running, no data connection to the phone.

Everything works fine on my NativeSD instalation of NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.2 V3.3 except mobile data connection service
I dont know what exactly is the problem. Everything looks good:
APN set automaticly for my provider PLAY poland - OK (I was trying to set manualy the new one - doesnt help)
Android 4.2 of course is my secound system - everything is working OK on WM 6.5 so its not hardware issue or range
WiFi data I mean internet conection by WIFi works
For sure mobile data enabled

HSPL: 2.08.HSPL
Radio: Leo_RADIO_2.15.50.14
Bootloader: MAGLDR v1.13

Any idea?
( I had before SD Androids RAFDROID_HD_SD_4_2 and then PARANOIDANDROID HD2 v1.4a and mobile data works fine)

Have you tried using PPP?

what u mean by PPP? Like a modem?

In aroma installer you can choose between PPP and rmnet.
