Hi,
I was on an old android on my hd2 and decided to upgrade to a new version.
I discovered that there was nativeSD ROM.

So, I went to how-to-install-android-on-htc-hd2-leo-t52.html and follow all steps.

HSPL INSTALLATION 2.08.HSPL for aMagldr bootloade : ok
RADIO INSTALLATION Radio 2.15.50.14 : ok
BOOTLOADER INSTALLATION aMagldr 1.13 : ok
AMAGLDR NAND PARTITIONING AND RECOVERY INSTALLATION, Extented TWRP Recovery: ok

But, when I boot on aMAGLDR:
1/ i've a message in red/orange color :" kernel open failed" during 1 sec,
2/ then I've the menu and when I enter AD recovery, a message in red : "booting recovery ERROR ERROR canot read ramdisk image

I did the method step by step several times but same result.
I did it on a windows 7 computer and also on a Vista, same result.
I followed also diferents methods found on internet and probably did a lot of bad things...

At this point I really need some help.

I don't have any experience with AMAGLDR personally but looking at the above I do not see where you actually installed any ROM. What ROM did you install and how?

That message generally indicates that you have no ROM installed to boot via Magldr. Did you put a ROM on SD card and installed it? If yes, how?

If not, you need to actually install a ROM to go forward...

It sounds like you do not have any recovery installed or whatever is there has somehow been damaged.

Try installing your choice of TWRP or CWR. Flashing either recovery should not damage your current installation since only the /recovery partition should be written. Under different circumstances I would recommend doing a backup first, just in case, but ideally you need a working a recovery for that. Still, if you happen to have Titanium Backup installed I would make a backup - just in case.

You could try to backup with an SD recovery (eg TWRP) and boot it from magldr ad sd

Hello, I cant access the download link for Radio.

I downloaded from another site but could not find Radio2.15.50.14.nbh in extracted file

Only have CustomRuu.exe and Radio_signed.nbh

What should I do?

The device lags and fails to wake on tytungs jb 3.3 and slimrom.

I need a way to install android rom om wm 6.5 htc hd2 ,WITHOUT an sd disk.

Can anyone help?
Tried some adb fastboot stuff and other developer tools but i get outwierded everythime. plz help!

when i want to repartition my HD2, i get this error:
