try putting your new NSD initrd.gz (eg initrd-v.gz renamed initrd.gz) and NSD (ics) zImage into your cm7 nand rom.zip and flashing it. It might then boot into your NSD rom.

Unlike HD2 can load initrd.gz and zImage directly from the SD card, Nexus One might need to flash boot.img (initrd.gz and zImage) into the boot partition of the NAND space (if N1's bootloader doesn't support sboot).

Ok so I followed RobbieP's instructions, I combined the new initrd.gz and old evervolv zImage into a boot.img and stuck that into my cm7 rom. I flashed the SD Evervolv then flashed the nand cm7 and the phone is stuck on the splash screen. Any suggestions? Maybe I need to edit the sd Evervolv and remove the kernel related stuff?

Did you know how to edit initrd.gz?
If so, compare the following two files in my ROM to know the difference about how to change from NAND to NativeSD.

• \boot\boot_NAND\initrd.gz\init.rc
• \boot\boot_NativeSD\initrd.gz\init.rc

can you get a logcat?
also, to flash boot.img, you can just put the NativeSD rom's kernel and ramdisk in a same folder with fastboot, and execute
fastboot flash zImage initrd.gz
Right? instead of waisting time flashing a nativeSD and a nand rom? or not?
+ tytung's right, the native android phones does not support sboot like hd2's custom clk bootloader

i can't get a logcat as the phone is stuck on the nexus splash screen. Currently I am flashing a boot.img with the evervolv zImage and modified initrd.gz on a gingerbread rom on my nanad. Before that, I flash Evervolv on my sd card.

Hello, I just bought Nexus One, and I am interested in some good and fast ROMs for it!

Preferably, I am also interested how to increase internal storage, I found something on xda...but maybe some ROMs have this built-in like tytung's Roms for HD2.
