thanks very much. so i did a fresh install of version 2.5, and there is still that wifi problem. it finds the wifi networks alright, but they vanish after 3 seconds. and please i noticed its all wifi and not just adhoc, what do i do?

Look for wifi fix on the play store. It may help.

already tried that, I am instaling every version since the 1'st release of 4.2.2 from start with formatting SD, wiping flash, flashing recovery, etc.
Sometimes it just shows normally - just the income call screen, but now usually it is black screen. I even don't have a lot of apps, just 5 or so.

This script works for NexusHD2 JellyBean 10.1 only!!!
If you want to use it on other ROMs, you need to modify the script.

And I guess I also need a tutorial on how to run this script in the phone. (I know something about linux, but very little about android.)

Try my post about 3 or 4 messages above the other one...mine deals with a script that creates a swap file but you can tell it to use some space in your ext4...you could also later delete the swap partition and expand your ext4 using various free disk partitioner without losing any data. I have a link in mine to the thread of the person who created the script I posted. He has a walkthrough in post 1 of his thread and is very responsive to questions.

I'm glad i'm not the only one to have issues with WiFi, but i'm having different problems:

my wifi connects perfectly, and 3g too. But it is SLOW. SO DAMN SLOW.

what can i do to fix it?

Edit: Tried the wifi fix program, but it did nothing. I'll explain my problem a bit more accurately: if either in 3g or wifi pages load with no problem whatsoever. But when i tried to update google search through play store it took almost an hour O_o

this happened to me too. however,it was just playstore, and it was being slow on all my other phones and not just the HD2. the next day, it was back to normal. so i am guessing the problem was from playstore. maybe its the same with yours, just maybe
