I have problem with my Nokia CK-15W BT car kit.
After connection car kit asks for downloading contacts from the phone.
After few seconds the kit reboots and the situationn repeats in loop.
Without downloading contats it works correctly, but it is not what I want to have....![]()
Recently, in the early versions of 4.0.x roms the situation was the same, but after some versions it was corrected (I don't remember numer of working version,,,). Now it happens again...

@ibanezz: as I probably face a similar issue as you I'd like to verify with you: in the scenario you describe what exactly is rebooting in a loop? Your HD2 or the Nokia car kit?
I'm currently using Tytung's NexusHD2-JellyBean V3.3 and from time to time my HD2 starts (hot-)rebooting after having connected to my car phone system. Using Google search pointed to issues in the bluetooth context.

MMS did not work for me too after first testing.
When I deleted APNs and configure them manually both 3G and MMS APNs worked correctly, and I could send and receive MMS.
