On v3.2, I fixed bugs using the same source code from v3.1. So it should work.

I found that WiFi auto scanning is not completely fixed on v3.2. :|
When I turn WiFi off and on to connect to an access point (AP), the AP list is updated periodically. (That's why I think it's fixed.)
For example, there're AP1, AP2 and AP3. I can see the power of these three APs (-88dBm, -72dBm, -91dBm) is updated periodically when I install WiFi Analyzer.

But ... when I move to another location (I keep WiFi on and never turn it off) and the network is disconnected from the previously connected AP.
The new APs in different location are added into the AP list, but the old APs, which are out of range, are not removed from the AP list.
And the power of old and new APs are not updated periodically anymore.
Finally, the AP list is getting bigger and bigger if you have a long-range transportation and keep the WiFi on.
Maybe this will become a new feature to trace how many APs you meet in a trip.

If you observe other kinds of situations, please let me know.

I also use this version of tomtom and I was wondering if it is working with ROM version 3.2.
However, I don't kown if tomtom 1.3 is compatible with Android vers 4.3...This may be the cause of the problem.

No, WiFi Analyzer is just an app for me to debug.

I have did my best to explain the WiFi scanning issue, but it seems I still didn't explain it clearly. :|
  • On v3.1, I saw nothing in WiFi Analyzer.
  • On v3.2, I can see some APs in WiFi Analyzer.
Just turning WiFi off and on should do the trick to start auto scanning on v3.2.
But auto scanning will partly stop updating the AP list under some situations, e.g., disconnect an AP and move to another place.
Anyway I need to figure out which situations will affect the AP list result in order to find a solution.
