Thankfully, I've installed the ROM (NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.2 V3.3 [Kernel: tytung_jellybean_r2) as NAND with DataonEX successfully but I noticed three issues;

1. On first boot, I noticed the youtube application in the HWa settings but unchecked. Later on, I installed am application and checked back the HWa settings there was only this application listed no others. Upon reboot, all applications were there but the youtube app not there any more nor accessed any where as if it were uninstalled!

2. A question about permissions. Should I have fixed them after first boot or directly after ROM installation (upon restart to access the system for the 1st time)?

3. When I plug LEO to PC, only the Debugger notification pops up. No "copy files over USB" option. I checked the storage settings section and found that Mass Storage is checked already...what I did is unchecked and checked again to work...is there any work around to bypass this check-uncheck glitch?

AND MOST UNFORTUNATELY WIFI stopped finding networks today...yesterday it was working!!!!

Try to clear HWA Settings data.

If there are no problems, no need to fix permissions.

Sorry, @scooterlover, no problem with wifi, works very well!
Your bootloader is magldr you must try rmnet and on cLK you take ppp.

Tried both rmnet and PPP..in vain! If only I can know why!

Has the Radio version anything to do with this? (WiFi worked well on a previous 2.3 rom).

You most likely did not change your radio version - you would have to specifically flash a new one to do that.

Try wifi fix from the Play store if you haven't already. It may help.
