Hi I am experiencing the same thing as above (phone not muting when on call). Just asking of any settings I missed? I did a fresh install of 4.3 and then update to 4.4 via MAGLDr Data on Ext

Hi all,

LowSoundFixer is not working for me (using version kitkat 4.4).
After plugging and removing a headset, then next calling or notification sounds very low.

Even we get the message:
02-23 19:50:23.287 D/LowSoundFixer( 2316): Silence.ogg is played

I've tried to move it back to /system/vendor/app and change permisions 777 for dalvik directory. Fails.
I've tried use the LowSoundFixer.apk from version 4.3. Fails (don't create the file on dalvik).

Does anyone has this problem?

When adjusing volume，the speaker or earphone will give a loud sudden cracking sound, like a impulse. I pay little attention to this phenomenon. Now something happens, one coil of earphone is broken. Maybe I am skeptical, cracking sound is the only reason I can figure out.

Sorry, that may not be true. The fact is welding spot of coil is broken. Anyway, there are lots of strange phenomenons happen recently.

I try another SD Card ( my old one , 8MB Class 4) with the same partition -- First Fat32 ca. 5,4 GB then EXT 4 ca. 2 GB and now it work s !

Install DataOnEXT , System 360MB , Cache 5MB

No FC , Gapps all installed ...

So i think, there must be a Problem in Settings Links Ext 4 in SD Card , Device lost Link to Sd Ext ... You understand , what i mean ?

I just wanted to know that can i use NativeSD and DataOnExt with same sd card?

Right now i am using NativeSD for 4.3 and NAND for WP7. As i dont get full performance of this rom in NativeSD so want to just a try in NAND with DataOnExt.

could you please anyone confirm that if i can keep both (NativeSD and DataOnExt) in the same SD card.

I guess it is possible as the NativeSD roms are installed in NativeSD folder in ext partition./\

Anyone know of a way to bring back Long press to activate torch on lockscreen ? I've gone through every menu setting I could think of.
and also the torch will close when the screen off in lock screen. is there anyway to fix the problem?

Yes, you can.

I'm using a HTC HD2 (LEO512) with NativeSD. I succeeded installing 4.3 (with PPP) and had mobile data working. After installing 4.4 (with no wipe) I don't have mobile data any more.

*#*#4636#*#* > "Phone info" shows:

GSM service: In service
GPRS service: Connecting (doesn't change)
Network type: HSDPA
...
PPP sent: 0 pkts, 0 bytes
PPP received: 0 pkts, 0 bytes


In 4.3 (where mobile data is ok) the above is:

GSM service: In service
GPRS service: Connected
Network type: HSDPA
...
PPP sent: -1 pkts, -1 bytes
PPP received: -1 pkts, -1 bytes


Preferred network type in 4.3 and 4.4 is set to: WCDMA preferred


Any idea?
