The same problem. Install it on NativeSD-partition with 4GB free space and get "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." after reboot.
Full reinstallation doesn't change anything.
Why this flash becomes more and more unstable...?

hello people. Please help me. To install new rom V4.5 should I do it again format microSD? (create a primary partition with FAT32 32KB cluster size, then an EXT4 primary partition with default cluster) or do I have to do only with the flashing Hd2 Toolkit (repartition MAGLDR bootloader)?

Is this just me, or are none of the Versions of NexusHD2 KK past 4.3 not clean-flashable?
It seems the boot.img doesnt flash properly/at all during Installation
UPDATE: Using MAGLDR Fixes The Problem, but with any CLK Version this does not boot under any circumstances

You can do a fresh install or do a upgrade over any of the previous KK ROMs.

If you saw "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped.", check the md5sum of the downloaded file.
Besides, save the installation logs to a txt file and check it.
