But it seems to have bugs and the development has been abandoned.

Just for reporting. I couldnt login with opera mini. And site is very slow on this.

I can't submit a signature I get the "This is a block of text that can be added to posts you make. There is a 1024 character limit. The field “Signature” is too long, a maximum of 0 characters is allowed." message even I write only one word

If my recollection serves me right new members cannot yet submit signatures to avoid hit and run spam (advertising) in signatures. I think that once you become a "Junior Member" you will be able to complete that process. Your patience is much appreciated!

As NYLimited said, Newly Registered Member is not allowed to add a signature. It's to avoid advertising spams.
