If I were him, I would root the device, and play with it for awhile to determine for himself what he likes and dislikes about the N5 out of the box. I am sure once that has been done, we will know soon enough and not before.

Yes. I'm playing with stock N5 to compare features with NexusHD2 CM10.2.

Are you having fun? I want to hear you giggle! Let's hear all about it!

I have mixed feelings about mine. I love it as is (sans custom ROM), as I believe it is the best phone out there, despite its paltry <32G storage space, but that is unimportant, as this is not a my finger is longer than yours thread.

The N5 is a great phone, a subset of, and based upon the LG G2. I have even played with the idea of downgrading to it in order benefit from the work of great developers, such as you, Tytung. The G2 does not yet seem to have a stable of talented/mature base of developers standing at the ready to make my G2 even more wonderful. :(

I own the G2 outright, so who knows where I will end up if I get fidgety enough! ;)

If you read backwards (visually not physically... ), you will see that I was incorrectly quoted -- I didn't say what you attributed to me. ;-)
