WIFI problem

Postby benlm72 » Wed Sep 11, 2013 1:53 pm

Hi Tytung,
I've a strange problem with the v3.1 : it seems not to detect correclty wifi points around me. When I go from home to work, my home wifi access point is listed at work, registered but not out of range, and I have to turn wifi off then on to see my work wifi access point ! I use Llama to detect where I am using wifi access points, and this feature is KO for the moment. I haven't this problem with previous roms (until 2.6) : do you think something can be done to solve the problem ?

Hi,

I'm so impressed with that great ROM, and it's really beautiful and much faster than any other 4.2.2 ROMs out there. But, unfortunately, I'm facing a critical problem, where a lot of my favourite apps always crash, like Google Now, Kaiten Mail, Focal, etc.

Another problem is the touch responsibility, where a lot of inputs are translated into gestures, like touching a shortcut moves the app drawer to the next page.

Below Dev opts are enabled:
Force GPU rendering
Force 4x MSAA

Kindly advice
Thanks in advance.

To whom it might concern,
After I did a fresh install my antenna was getting blue and the H sign was there, but there was no connection. It turns out the apn port did not get updated by the google sync. The apn was there, but without the port number.
Tytung, your Rom is awesome. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback.
I also noticed it. Scanning Wifi is not working. But it connects to the correct access point that you ever connected and saved.

Please don't change Dev opts and try again.
Make sure you have enough unused RAM. In other words, don't install too many background apps that occupies RAM.
