No.

I'm wondering if they have the non-working WiFi scanning issue or not.
After I traced the source code, the WiFi scanning issue should be related to using the bcm4329 WiFi driver.
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

- Goods news!! I have tried Walter ROM but i used your Kernel (Tytung Kernel R2) and data now work!!

- I will test Wifi and PM to you. I hope it can work great!

Edit1: wifi still not auto scan!

Edit2: Data only work with MAGLDR (work with RMNET & PPP). It's not work with CLK

I hate to backport source code, but I have a good news for you. ;)
I seem to have already fixed the WiFi auto scan for our bcm4329 WiFi driver by backporting source code of the framework from CM10.1. :D
I'm using Sep. 7 source code (the same as NexusHD2 v3.1) currently.

Could you successfully enable/disable mobile data every time?
Data is sometimes working on my v3.2 test version if I connect to WiFi and enable mobile data, and then disconnect from WiFi to use mobile data.
I'm using MAGLDR.

- If use RMNET, data work every time. But if use PPP, data sometimes not work and must wait long time to change 2G-->3G!
- I found new problem with Walter's ROM when use your Kernel. I can't disable data, data always power on!

Did you try to use NexusHD2 v2.6 and disable HWA for Instagram? Just like the YouTube v5.x trick.

I did but i didn't disable HWA. Yes it's really like the YouTube trick. Thanks for your help but i like v3.1's new camera, so i don't want to use v2.6's camera for now. :roll:
I think you'll do your best in next ROM, when will can we see new ROM?

I didn't update source code to Android 4.3.1, so mobile data still works well. ;)
I just focus on fixing bugs in this version.
