How do I compile NexusHD2 myself?

I just download CyanogenMod source code which has been updated to KitKat. I want to compile a 4.4 version NexusHD2 for my HD2 device.

NexusHD2™ is my trademark. You cannot compile a NexusHD2 ROM yourself.
If you want to compile a CyanogenMod 11.0 ROM for HD2, you need to fix a lot of incompatible source code first because HD2 is a legacy device and is NOT supported by CyanogenMod.
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

It's very hard. If you can compile success Kitkat 4.4 for HD2, you will became "hero" of everyone!!!
