Use Performance menu from Settings. It should be available if Dev settings unlocked

I told you that there is also a maximum of 768Mhz

I have a problem with the minimum frequency,at me standing at 245MHz and when I change it to 384Mhz after restarting the phone it always be returned to 245MHz?

Clean install? Did you use any third-party apps or scripts?
Did you try different ROM, e.g., a JB, ICS, or GB ROM?
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

Did you check "Set on boot" in the "Settings" -> "Performance" -> "Processor"?
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

HTC HD2 TMOUS 1024
HSPL 2.08 / Radio 2.15.50.14 / cLK 1.5.2.1

I reload cLK, magldr, hspl 3.03 and carnel and another ROM, but no result . . .

Today I installed Windows Mobile and it's okay BUT android only 768 MHz How is that possible?
