Don't be put off by this. It is easily fixed by making a call after disconnecting from bluetooth. Tytung's ROMs are the best and the latest JB has even more features that you'll like. Go ahead and flash - you won't regret it. :D

Thanks but maybe later. I am happy with NexusHD2 GB 2.3.7. It is fast and stable, these are enough for me;)

sandymac wrote:Guys, I have tried LowSoundFixer V1.0.7 and unfortunately, like all of the other versions, I still have low sound issues after using my car's bluetooth. I posted similar on XDA but got no responses from others so given that Tytung has now left XDA (their loss!), I thought that I would post here in the hope that a definitive fix can be found. ;)

Ive also had this problem, I fixed it by enabling "Screen Lock Sounds".
Im guessing it does a similar thing to "LowSoundFixer" as it plays a very quiet noise when the phone is locked/unlocked.

Thanks for the tip, however, I've always had that checked and it doesn't fix the bluetooth low sound issue for me. Are you saying that you can connect to bluetooth, disconnect and have no sound issues?

Yep that right Ive got no sound problems.
After disconnecting did you check the sound straight away or did you lock/unlock your phone first?

Problem exists if I check right away or after the phone locks. Once I make a call after disconnecting, everything returns to normal. You're the only person I have seen who doesn't have problems with bluetooth operation and low sound. I've tried everything to determine what the cause is including debug but haven't been successful. Ah well, will just have to wait for the next build to see if it is resolved. Just a pity as everything else works perfectly. ;)

I dont know if it makes any difference but Im using the US version of the HD2.
It would be interesting to know if any other users with the US version are not having the sound problem?

I have everything on NAND as the TMOUS has double the memory of the european version.

No problem.

Does ICS 4.0.4 also suffer from the low sound bug?
I think only 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 have the low sound bug. :?:
