Dear friends, I'm using NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.2 V3.3: I'm very happy with it and it has given a new life to my HD2. I have only the low sound issue after hands free bluetooth disconnection. I was wandering if it is possible to downgrade low sound fixer to 1.0.6 version where "Remove BluetoothHeadset.ACTION_CONNECTION_STATE_CHANGED and BluetoothHeadset.ACTION_AUDIO_STATE_CHANGED events" were handled. I tried to do it, but since the 1.0.7 version is installed I cannot downgrade. I don't know how to downgrade and I don't know if this could help, but I'd like to try. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
Sorry for my poor English. Greetings from Italy and happy new year.

Enable root access in CM File Manager.
Then use it to delete /system/vendor/app/LowSoundFixer.apk and copy v1.0.6 to /system/vendor/app/
According to user feedback, v1.0.6 don't help Bluetooth issue, but you can try it.
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

Does ICS 4.0.4 also suffer from the low sound bug?
I think only 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 have the low sound bug. :?:

Well, some ICS roms do. I remember back in those days first thing to acheck after flashing was sound, whether it works properly or not. It was like they shared a habit as the volume for notifications was extremely low or not present, and then, within 3-4 days, it would go to normal volume, working properly. Similar issue surfaced on JB 4.1, but it was selective regarding roms. After 4.2 JB my HD2 was replaced with Razr + Blu Life Play until Razr was bricked and HD2 had to leave the retirement :D Anyway, now on 4.3 and 4.4 this issue still exists, and I'm facing it atm ( ringtones are fine, notifications won't make a sound). Tried reinstallation of the app, reboot, fixing permissions, wiping cache, reflashing the ron etc etc but nothing helped. I really hope that someone would find the cause of this issue and how to solve it.
Cheers

You may need to push the LowSoundFixer.apk to /system/vendor/app or /system/app if LowSoundFixer is not pre-installed.

Hi everyone!
I have pushed low sound fixer to system\apps and given proper permissions.
It was good for a day or two!
But then it's low notification sound again and I don't know what to do to solve this problem! It's really annoying!!
I'm on 4.1.2 cm 10 on my desire!
Any help is more than appreciated!

Did you use Bluetooth? If so, this app won't fix the low notification sound. You need a workaround instead.

Make a call after disconnecting from Bluetooth.
