The same has happened to me. I think it is from the disk checking done by TWRP. There is a setting in TWRP, and probably in other recoveries, to check partitions every certain number of boots. The bigger your SD card, the longer the check will take.

This may explain what actually happened when I had to reinstall v2.6 several times before I got the data connection working. Sooner or later the installation "failed" in the sense that the phone got stuck in the HTC logo. I did not wait that long before I shut off the phone. After one more reinstallation the data started to work.

Does this mean that the reason why the data started to work for me was that TWRP checked the partitions, and fixed some possible errors?

Hi all !!!

Gr8 work with the ROM !

Finally the problem which was occuring with the softkeys in landscape dissapeared when i updated to V2.6 :) Thx for that !

I have a problem which was bothering me since 2.2 and i was hoping it was repaired in 2.6 - but unfortunately it wasnt :(

Here is a vid of the problem: http://youtu.be/0_AsTPVs08I (sry for the mess on my desk)

When i long-press the softpowerbtn it apears and dissapears ... When i press the softpowerbtn not long enough the screen locks.

It doesnt happen with the hardware PWRBTN.

Is it possible to repair that in the upcoming 2.7 ?

I know that in the ICS builds there was no problem with longpressing the soft power button and it apeared the same way as pressing the hardwere one.

Just hold the softkey button pressed. Power Menu appears, dissappear and reappear. After that it won't dissappear anymore until you go back or press a Button. That's the normal behaviour on my phone since i ever used a nexus hd2 rom and the Powerbutton mod. You can just ask agbommarito. Maybe he can fix it in his mod.

Where should i ask agbommarito ? :)

I am sure that this behaviour wasnt present on the ICS build ... I am going to check it out t omake sure if it just appeared from for example 2.6 version of the ICS ...

Do you have a problem with a "tick" right before a sound is going to be played by the speaker ?

I have noticed similar behavior with the power menu "blinking" once. I have not experienced a screen lock. I'm not sure in which version this behavior started appearing. As Elveneleven said, just keep long-pressing the power icon and the power menu will appear and stabilize.

The low level key handling invoked by the power button mod is where I suspect the "key bounce" isn't being handled. That area isn't touched by the mod.

Hey!

I was using 2.5 and had that black screen bug almost every time, even with 384mhz cpu minset.

I did a fully clean install to 2.6, even replaced my adata class 4 16gb card to a samsung 16gb cl10 (using dataonext -euhd2- with 385mb nand) and still having the blackscreen bug.
Why? The rom itself is fast (even now with the cl10 card.. i had too many "not respoding" messages with apps on my cl4 card).

Works nice, although a little slow. One big problem:
No web video playback at all. Tested with native browser, chrome and YouTube app.

Use the old included Youtube app. The new one is buggy in HD2
