But yesterday, facing the same problem, I manage to avoid reinstalling all the rom by simply restoring system parameters previously backed-up with Titanium Backup.

Then restore data (cannot be system) parts previously backed-up with Titanium Backup.

Thank's for the advice ! It's one of the workarounds I've found, but in this case I have a lot of things to reinstall ! The way I talk about enables me not all to reinstall or restore. But I keep in mind your advice as the "last" solution !

tytung wrote:AFAIK, 1.5GHz is a 'fake' value which uses different calculation conversion. CPU freq. 1.19GHz is the max value for HD2.

The reason I ask, is that I have noted that on occassion, it looked like it was stuck, but, out of curiosity, I waited a bit longer, and after a while, the boot animation launched. No idea why it happened, nor why it doesn't happen all the time.
