I think so, Walter's 3.0 Rom without ION have the same errors but No Lag

What do you think?

The lag of a kernel 3.0 doesn't begin immediately after boot.
Did you spend enough time playing with Walter's 3.0 ROM to ensure there's no lag?

Anyway, I'm not a kernel 3.0 dev and fans.
Experience it yourself.
What I can say is plugging your USB cable into HD2 and check the logcat all the time when you develop a kernel or a ROM.
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

I have Experience Using 3.0 kernel before, The Sense 5 Port its smooth then a bit lag from time to time (ITS ION)

The ION rom compiled Lag from the start, Just Lag

Also, when you first time compile 4.4 kitkat, Does it has a Slow Boot animation and in android it self it lags?

Please provide the detailed info first. E.g., clean install or anything you changed.

Edit:
OK. I saw that you switch to ART.
But I think the problem might be your SD card.

To all:
I have told about logcat several times in my forum.
For convenience, please paste your logcat or any log files to http://logcat.miui.us/ or http://pastebin.com/ and link them in your post next time if you need help.
I will skip reading a log file in zip format from now on.

Hi Tytung!
Thanks for your quick reply.
I switched to ART from V4.1 and upgaded to V4.2.
My microsd card is 16GB class 6 no brand type, but i had no problem with copying, pasting or installing other rom.
Should i use class 6 card?

No.
If you referred to Evervolv's N1 or Desire Git repositories CAREFULLY to build a ION ROM and still had the lag, I think the main problem is the leo kernel 3.0.
I suppose that you have updated EGL drivers to JB 4.2 version to match ION, right?
You may post the logcat so that I can take a look and compare it with the logcat of my current KitKat PMEM ROM.

Well, using a different SD card might make a difference.
I remembered that some users said they solved the SOD issue when changing the SD card.
Besides, try to set your minimal CPU frequency to 384 MHz.
FYR.

Installation method and system partition size? If you use DataOnEXT, try to increase your system partition size to 300 MB or more.

Olof wrote:Out of curiosity I tried to check how much the extra data space the use of ART will mean. At the moment I have ICS, JB, and KK in NativeSD. Approximately 50-60 apps in all cases (more or less the same). The result was the following:

ICS: system 168 Mb, data 989 Mb, out of which app 760 Mb and dalvik-cache 226 Mb
JB: system 232 Mb, data 1,2B Gb, out of which app 788 Mb, app-lib 194 Mb, and dalvik-cache 240 Mb.
KK: system 259 Mb, data 1,4 Gb, out of which app 713 Mb, app-lib 145 Mb, and dalvik-cache 557 Mb.

Edit: (I got these figures by putting the sd card into a card reader, and mounting it in a Linux computer. In other words, none of these systems was running.)

I got tired of the "slow first time startup after reeboot" when using ART in KK and switched back to Dalvik. First startup time after change maybe 5-10 minutes ("optimizing app 1..133 of 133). I also upgraded the apps in the different installations to be as similar to each other as possible and cleaned out some trash. The new statistics is as follows (computed with the SD-card in a desctop computer):

ICS: system 168 Mb, data 1,1 Gb, out of which app 687 Mb, dalvik-cache 216 Mb, data 194 Mb.
JB: system 232 Mb, data 1,2 Gb, out of which app 745 Mb, app-lib 187 Mb, dalvik-cache 246 Mb, data 90 Mb
KK: system 259 Mb, data 1,3 Gb, out of which app 727 Mb, app-lib 146 Mb, dalvik-cache 290 Mb, data 202 Mb.

Especially facebook seems to be much more fluent in Dalvik than in ART. And I think that I just got 55% left of the battery after running the phone for 24 hours on battery with very light use (Davlik, Haret, and PPP). Memory card in Sandics 32 Gb Ultra Class 10 UHS 1. Phone European version. I have been testing to use minimum CPU frequency to 96 MHz and maximum CPU frequency to 1190 MHz, and it seems to be running OK most of the time (some times difficulties weaking up in the morning), so I guess I will have to go back to minimum CPU frequency to 124 MH which seems to be OK (for my particular phone, European version).
Device: HTC HD2 (LEO512) T8585
Radio: 2.15.50.14
Nand: Original factory WM 6.5
Recovery: 4EXTRecovery
Bootloader: Original factory boot loader (I use haret to boot NativeSD android roms)
NativeSD: NexusHD2-KitKat v4.3, NexusHD2-JellyBean v 3.3, NexusHD2-ISC v 3.0b, etc.
SD card: SanDisk 32Gb class 10 UHS1 or Transcend 32Gb class 10 no UHS
SD partitions: 21Gb vfat, 8Gb ext4, 500Mb swap
