Well as said this happened before with a different sd-card, and now I have a sandisk 32GB class 10 card, which I believe many HD2 users have? And some times a Rom runs perfectly for a long time, and when I switch rom or update the existing it happens again...

You might need to clean your SD card when switching to a different ROM, e.g., from Sense to CM.
If you cannot reformat your SD card, you should at least delete Android folder in your SD card.
Besides, you may need to wait for Android to scan and index your changed media files in your SD card when switching ROMs.
Anyway, please provide logcat. Otherwise we can only guess.
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

I did that too, formatted sd-card and sd-ext. And I didnt copy the android folder back. For the logcat, its enough to install fx aLogcat, whait until it happens again, copy logcat and post it?

EDIT: Problem is that I always have to take the battery out when it happens, and then the logcat is gone, isnt it?

ok i read an article on how to check the bad blocks & i didnt found any thanks god the sd is new as the hd2 has only 2 weeks of custom roms ( yeah it's ex owner was using wm 6.5 & just used it for calling :D )
so i checked the SD sure for any bad sectors or any & i reformated it with easus & mini tool & made i surface scan
i know it's strange problem that's why i asked :(
i normally do a very deep search before i ask
anyway i dont wanna waste your time & thanks really for carin & if u got anything in mind please tell me

oh wait wait
i remembered something i hate when i miss something
i faced something like that on samsung hard disk (500gb external hard)
as it lose data after certain amount of data on that case was more than 220 GB or something so i guess it's the stupid SD card ( i hate Kingston but i didn't find sandisk or transcend :( )

Since the space past /system is never used in your setup I would still try a large partition. As for the card, I had good experience with Class 6 Samsung cards also which are often put on sale here (around US$20 for a 32 GB card).

Did you also remove ".Android secure"?

You are not using anything to slow the CPU, are you?

Yes, I removed everything, and just copied music and things back. And I just installed the ROM and some standard programs... And I even tried without installing anything :/

I re-read your problem:
It is also working great, at least until i dont use the phone for some time, and then try to wake it pressing the powerbutton. Then i get a black screen with backlight, and i cant do anything but taking out the battery.

Maybe your touch panel is near dead.
I remembered some users mentioned the power button could kill the touch panel.

But how could it then be that it sometimes works? And if its only the touch panel, why does the phone only show a black screen? And the first time i got this problem was more than a year ago. Back then i think I formatted, switched and re-installed different roms, and suddenly it just worked. I really have no idea what it could be.. :/

No idea. Without the logcat/dmesg, I can only guess that it might be a hardware issue.
Maybe boost your CPU to 384MHz.

@jack2505

Check if your sandisk is a UHS card.
I had similar issues like you with different roms. Since I replaced my sandisk uhs card with a non-uhs card (e.g. Trancend) and boosted min cpu to 384 these problems never occurred again. A little time ago i checked back to my sandisk uhs card and after a while the issues came back. Now im back again on s non uhs card and everything works flawlessly.
