i remembered something i hate when i miss something
i faced something like that on samsung hard disk (500gb external hard)
as it lose data after certain amount of data on that case was more than 220 GB or something so i guess it's the stupid SD card ( i hate Kingston but i didn't find sandisk or transcend )

EDIT: Problem is that I always have to take the battery out when it happens, and then the logcat is gone, isnt it?

It is also working great, at least until i dont use the phone for some time, and then try to wake it pressing the powerbutton. Then i get a black screen with backlight, and i cant do anything but taking out the battery.

Maybe your touch panel is near dead.
I remembered some users mentioned the power button could kill the touch panel.
