Check if your sandisk is a UHS card.
I had similar issues like you with different roms. Since I replaced my sandisk uhs card with a non-uhs card (e.g. Trancend) and boosted min cpu to 384 these problems never occurred again. A little time ago i checked back to my sandisk uhs card and after a while the issues came back. Now im back again on s non uhs card and everything works flawlessly.

Yes, seems like my card is UHS. But should that not be the case while running Native sd Roms or data2ext4? And is there any sd-card with 32GB that is "the best"? Anything that most users are getting the optimal speed and performance with?

Do you have a TMOUS HD2 or an EU version?
Indeed it's the case when using NativeSD or Data2Ext method. But I'm not quite sure if an uhs card can make problems with a full Nand installation which only will work on a TMOUS HD2.

If you want to know which sd card is best, it depends on your personal opinion. I myself use now a Trancend 32Gb Class10 non Uhs card and am completely satisfied with its performance.
Class10 non uhs cards are hard to get these days. There are not many manufacturers which have them available.

I have the EU version, and I am using NAND with data on ext4. So i think a UHS card makes sense...
Also with this ROM and mz current sd some apps are a bit slow, but I dont know if thats the fault of my card or just of the HD2 getting older ..:D

You can increase performance a little bit by using more aggressive minfree settings (e. g. With rom toolbox) and set the min and max cpu speed higher.

Thanks, I´ll try that, but for now my biggest problem is the black screen, and there a higher cpu speed doesnt help.. Seems like I once more have to buy a new sd-card :(

No, new Viber is not completely compatible with any ICS/JB ROMs on qsd8250 legacy devices.
It's Viber's own issue related to legacy devices, not just for this ROM.
Paste your logcat to GitHub Gist or any similar websites, and link it in your post if you need any help. (Don't forget to tell us your HD2 setup/configuration.)

Device: HTC HD2 (LEO512)
HSPL: 2.08.HSPL
Radio: Leo_RADIO_2.15.50.14
Bootloader: MAGLDR v1.13
Recovery: ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.2.6
