You are not correct completely.
In fact, marc1706 ported some old/legacy source code from 2.6.32 or .35 kernel to his 3.0.16 kernel just because HD2 is an old device. And new kernel source no longer fully supports old devices.
For example, this commit: android: pmem: use legacy pmem code from .32 & .35 jb kernels
'New' Doesn't Always Mean 'Better'.

The bigger problem is marc1706's kernel 3.0.16 was already released, but there're not enough users to try it and leave feedback. And I have no time to try it.

I installed this ROM with NativeSD method on 32GB class 10 SDHC with 512MB sdExt partition.
It work wonderfully but there is a problem (the same i have encountered with NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.1.x ROM), Mobile data connection does not work.
I tried to use both method during the configuration (PPP and MAGLDR but nothing change). I checked carrier selection and access point configuration but it's all ok.
My carrier is H3G Italy.

Anybody could help me??

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi pallaccha, welcome to the forum.
I think for starters that your ext4 partition is too small. Remember that it must contain system and data, and also that when 90% of the size available is reached, android doesn't really use the last 10%. Most rom devs recommend at least 1Gb ext4, and some recommend more.
Also which bootloader are you using, magldr, clk or WM6.5(HaRET)?

Magldr 1.13 thanks bepe & Cotulla
On NAND - WP7.8 pdaimatejam v8.8 thanks to pdaimatejam, DFT, YukiXDA, xboxmod etc
On SDcards - Numerous Android SD builds & NativeSD ROMs (Thanks boonbing, Xylograph, securecrt & Almighty tytung!)

Do a search. You didn't discover any new bugs. Google released an update to YouTube early last month that seems to have broken video playback on all 3 versions of Tytung's jellybean ROMs. If you had taken the time to read the board before posting you'd know that YouTube plays fine on the older version supplied with the ROM. The solution is to not update it until either Tytung or Google comes up with a solution.

As to the streaming issue, this is still an early developer release, CM-10.2 hasn't even been stabilized upstream yet. Things may be broken and just a few posts above you Tytung stated that he hasn't enabled hardware acceleration yet.

If you want stability and a fully functioning device then this isn't the ROM to be using. Instead use the proven stable 2.6 version.
Current device: HTC Amaze 4G
Bootloader: HTC - Dev unlocked, S-on
Recovery: 4ext - smart flash enabled
ROM: CM-10 - Compiled and customized by me - thanks spostsstar89 - CM - Team Nightmare
Xposed framework - rovo89
GravityBox - C3C076

Previous device: HTC HD2 (TMOUS - LEO1024)
Final ROM: NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.1.3 v2.7 - Tytung
Had more lives than a cat, best handset I ever owned
Lesson: If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Hardware acceleration was enabled.

HWA Settings mentioned by soren is "HWUI deny app HwaSettings.apk and the framework patch by royale1223".

Tytung, thanks for clarifying. When I read that post I understood it to mean that you had yet to enable hardware acceleration, which would be easily understandable considering the state of flux within the CM-10-2 codebase. Thanks again for explaining and straightening me out.
