I think for starters that your ext4 partition is too small. Remember that it must contain system and data, and also that when 90% of the size available is reached, android doesn't really use the last 10%. Most rom devs recommend at least 1Gb ext4, and some recommend more.
Also which bootloader are you using, magldr, clk or WM6.5(HaRET)?
